2. Are Luvyona luminaires compliant with Australian standards?
Yes. All Luvyona lighting products are designed to meet Australian electrical safety standards and regulations. Where required, products are supplied with compliant plugs, fittings and documentation suitable for use in Australia.
3. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are:
- Order processing: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Shipping transit: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total delivery time: 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, remote locations or peak periods.
4. Do you deliver outside Australia?
No. Luvyona currently delivers within Australia only.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery online.
6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. Are light bulbs included with the lamps?
Whether light bulbs are included or not is clearly specified in the product description of each item. Please refer to the individual product page for precise details before placing your order.
8. What if my lamp arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and assist you in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are shipped, depending on the order processing status. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
10. Do you have physical stores or showrooms?
Luvyona operates as an online-only store. We do not currently offer physical showrooms or in-store pick-up.
